Job Title: Client Relationship Executive – Signage Solutions

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while ensuring the smooth execution of signage and branding projects. The role involves regular travel within Mumbai to meet existing clients, visit project sites, coordinate project execution, and engage with referral-based prospective clients to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as their primary point of contact.
· Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate signage and branding solutions.
· Travel regularly to meet clients, conduct site visits, and meet referral-based prospective clients.
· Coordinate with Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
· Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates.
· Resolve client queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and referrals.
· Maintain accurate client records, project documentation, and follow-up reports.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
· Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
· Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile
· 2-5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management in the Signage, Branding, Outdoor Advertising, or Media industry.
· Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
· Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
