Supervise day-to-day site execution activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with mechanical & piping teams for smooth work progress.
Verify and interpret BOQ, and technical documents.
Ensure work is executed as per quality standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, manpower, and vendors for materials and execution.
Monitor daily progress, maintain site records, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Check and certify measurements, work quantities, and billing for subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules at site. Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues during construction. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage as per procurement plan.
Attend site meetings with client, consultants, and project managers. Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and site coordination.
Ability to read and understand GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&ID, layout plans.
Knowledge of structural erection, piping, equipment installation.
Good understanding of quality control, safety practices, and site documentation.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office / Project Reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualification Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
