Job Summary
SkyOcean Shipping is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to join as a Logistics Cordinator . This role focuses on managing client communication, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with operations to deliver high-quality logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping services, pricing, and schedules in a timely manner
- Provide regular shipment updates and maintain clear communication with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls, emails, and client interactions
- Prepare quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Support revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth shipment execution
- Resolve customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales (logistics industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM familiarity is an advantage
