Job Summary
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our membership plans, and converting enquiries into successful sales. You will play a key role in helping customers choose the right service while achieving individual and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain Puyyapla Matrimony membership plans and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
