We are looking for an experienced HR Trainer to join our dynamic team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs on technical skills, soft skills, and domain-specific knowledge.
Training Material Development
- Design and prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Customize training content based on organizational and employee requirements.
Performance Assessment
- Evaluate participants’ performance during and after training sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to implement training strategies.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in finance institutions.
