We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Coordinator to oversee projects from order confirmation through successful execution, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, specifiers, site teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor projects from the time an order is confirmed until project completion.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve coordination issues, and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with specifiers to maintain strong professional relationships and provide ongoing project support.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely material deliveries and project schedules.
- Track project milestones, follow up on pending actions, and proactively address any challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Lead and coordinate teams effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Represent Deco Drama professionally during client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination within the building materials, interior design, construction, or architectural industry.
- Strong project management and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, energetic, and passionate with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Confident in managing multiple projects and working under deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
