Interio Interiors is hiring an experienced Office Staff cum Telecaller & Accounts Assistant for our Kottayam office.
The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, telecalling, customer handling, and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Follow up with customer enquiries and leads
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Manage basic bookkeeping and daily accounts entries
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in office administration, telecalling, and basic accounts
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and invoice preparation
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
- Responsible and organized
- Experience in the interior design field is an added advantage
Pay: ₹8,399.28 - ₹26,296.61 per month
