Job Summary:
Oscar Remedies is hiring an experienced QA Head cum Plant Head to independently manage complete plant operations at Kala Amb. The candidate will be responsible for QA systems, regulatory compliance, and overall plant administration.
Key Responsibilities:
*Overall control of QA department and plant operations.
*Ensure WHO-GMP and regulatory compliance.
*Handle audits
*Approve BMR, BPR, SOPs, deviations, CAPA, etc.
*Supervise Production, QA, QC, Warehouse & Engineering.
*Ensure smooth manufacturing and timely product release.
*Manage statutory compliance and regulatory coordination.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 10+ years in pharma manufacturing with audit handling experience.
Candidate must be capable of handling the plant completely independently.
