3-Month Internship Program
About the Program:
Hejaaz Technologies is offering a structured, mentor-led 3-month internship program designed for engineering graduates to transition from foundational electronics assembly to advanced product design. You will work directly with our engineering team on industrial hardware and automation solutions, following a progressive hands-on learning curve.
Internship Progression Plan:
1.Hardware Assembly & Soldering: Gain intensive hands-on experience in component mounting, through-hole and SMD soldering techniques, and hardware assembly standards.
2.Hardware Troubleshooting: Learn systematic diagnostic workflows, use lab test equipment to isolate circuit faults, and execute board-level repairs.
3.Software Coding & PCB Design: Write and debug embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems, followed by hands-on training in schematic capture, layout rules, and custom circuit board development.
Performance-Based Full-Time Offer: At the conclusion of the 3-month program, the top-performing candidate will be offered a full-time position with compensation aligned with industry standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Bachelor of engineering in E & I
Bachelor of engineering in Instrumentation
Selection process : Physical Interview
Foundational Knowledge: Strong fundamentals in analog/digital electronics, circuit theory, and microcontrollers.
