- Looking for candidates with 3-6 years of experience
- Lead, monitor and drive performance of the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Supervise and streamline Bangalore branch operations in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Track salesfunnel, conversions and productivity metrics; ensure disciplined reporting and CRM updates.
- Visit and manage high-value clientsto strengthen relationships, negotiate closures and drive repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue channels within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular team reviews, field visits and performance feedback sessions to improve effectiveness.
- Ensure timely collections, order fulfillment coordination and issue resolution for key accounts.
- Collaborate with operations and support teamsto maintain service standards and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility and strategic inputs to management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
