Position: BDM – Retail Sales (Kitchen Segment)
Location: Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, retail customers, and channel partners.
- Generate new retail business through site visits, references, and market networking.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable modular kitchen solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure excellent customer service from enquiry to project completion.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new retail business opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers.

Sales Expectations:
- Monthly Sales Target: ₹90 Lakhs – ₹1.0 Crore+
- Build and maintain a strong retail sales pipeline.
- Regular client meetings, site visits, and relationship management.
Preferred Experience:
- 4–9 years of experience in retail sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior solutions.
- Strong network with architects, interior designers, and retail clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate business independently and achieve sales targets.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
