1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Manage the onboarding process and orientation for new hires.
2. Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
- Process employee documentation such as confirmations, transfers, and resignations.
- Assist in attendance and leave tracking, payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with internships may also apply).
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems/tools.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
