Job Description:
AGI Innovation Makes360 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in strategy, execution, team handling, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ad campaigns
- Drive lead generation and improve online visibility
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution
- Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Support recurring business and client retention strategies
- Contribute to revenue generation and business growth
- Manage and lead a team of 5–6 members
- Oversee client management and ensure smooth coordination
- Ensure timely and proper delivery of projects as per client requirements
- Resolve client concerns and ensure quality service delivery
- Track, measure, and report key performance metrics
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
