Job Description of Node.js Backend Developer (4+ Years Experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and implement best practices.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
- Strong knowledge of Express.js and REST APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, JWT, and API security.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
