Key Responsibilities
- Gather customer business and technical requirements.
- Design compute infrastructure (rack, blade, or hyper converged servers).
- Design storage solutions (SAN, NAS, object storage, backup storage).
- Design virtualization platforms.
- Plan high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), sizing, and architecture diagrams.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and customer presentations.
- Work with OEMs and vendors for solution validation.
- Support pre-sales teams during customer meetings and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Ensure solutions follow industry best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
