Job Description: General Helper (Fresher)Position Overview
We are looking for a hard-working, energetic, and reliable Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position open specifically for Freshers. If you are willing to work hard and learn on the job, you are welcome to apply. You will assist operators and supervisors with daily tasks to keep the work floor running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Move raw materials, parts, and finished products safely to different departments or storage areas.
- Assisting Team Members: Help machine operators and senior staff by handing them tools and loading/unloading materials.
- Workplace Cleaning: Keep the work floor, machines, and packing areas clean and free of waste materials.
- Loading & Unloading: Assist in loading packed goods onto transport vehicles or moving boxes when needed.
- General Floor Duties: Follow simple daily instructions given by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Fresher (0 Experience). Complete training will be provided on the job.
Key Skills Needed
- Physical Fitness: Good health and strength to handle manual work, lifting packages, and standing during shift hours.
- Punctuality & Discipline: Arriving for shifts on time and following simple factory safety rules.
- Willingness to Learn: Ready to listen to instructions from the supervisor and work well with others.
