Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dynamic NEET/JEE Foundation Trainers to deliver high-quality classroom sessions for students from Grades VI to X. The trainer will create an engaging learning environment that develops strong academic fundamentals and prepares students for future competitive examinations such as NEET, JEE, Olympiads, and NTSE.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom sessions for Grades VI to X.
- Teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mental Ability, or Logical Reasoning based on subject specialization.
- Develop conceptual understanding through activity-based and application-oriented teaching.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
- Conduct regular class tests, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual academic guidance.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with school management, Academic Coordinators, and parents whenever required.
- Utilize Smart Boards, LMS, and digital teaching resources effectively.
- Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and academic meetings.
- Support school events, seminars, parent orientations, and promotional activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply.
- Experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or school teaching is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of NEET/JEE Foundation curriculum.
- Experience preparing worksheets, assessments, and question papers.
- Exposure to Olympiad or competitive exam coaching will be an added advantage.
