Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for students, graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP modules, hands-on implementation experience, and excellent teaching skills to prepare learners for real-world SAP projects and certification examinations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on SAP technologies and business processes.
- Deliver training in one or more SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP HCM, SAP ABAP, SAP BASIS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP BW/BI.
- Develop course materials, assignments, case studies, and practical lab exercises.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-time project-oriented training.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and certification preparation sessions.
- Guide students in understanding SAP business processes and implementation methodologies.
- Mentor learners on career opportunities and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, updates, and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to deliver practical and industry-oriented training.
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, migration, or consulting projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments and modern SAP solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in relevant modules is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as an SAP Trainer, Consultant, or Corporate Trainer.
- Experience in real-time SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to train students, professionals, and corporate teams.
