- Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Handle basic accounting work using Tally
- Prepare reports, data sheets, and MIS using MS Excel
- Update and manage customer data in CRM software
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups
- Support billing, payment follow-ups, and purchase records
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments
