We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our Blow Molding manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will directly manage the shop floor to ensure daily production targets are met with high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Execution: Manage daily production schedules to meet volume requirements. Ensure optimal machine utilization and on-time delivery. Oversee and execute mold change.
- Quality Control: Monitor production output to ensure it meets customer quality standards. Proactively troubleshoot process issues to prevent downtime.
- Shop Floor Management: Oversee machine operators and helpers. Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety protocols on the floor. Maintain 5S standards for a clean and organized workspace. Coordinate equipment maintenance with the technical team.
- Team Leadership: Guide and train team members on operating procedures, safety, and machine handling.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: ITI or Diploma from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) preferred.
- Experience: 3 – 7 years of hands-on experience in a Blow Molding manufacturing unit.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Blow Molding machines, raw material, process optimization, and line balancing.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
