Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, along with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents while providing excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Student Admissions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
