Job Summary
IRAIndia Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation, with the ability to work independently and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Handle GST billing, GST returns, and compliance.
- Prepare and file TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government departments when required.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
