- Supervision and management:
- Oversee daily construction activities and supervise the work of employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage personnel, equipment, and resources to execute the project efficiently.
- Hiring and evaluating the performance of on-site workers.
- Maintain site discipline and ensure junior staff follow procedures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
