Job Title: Fleet Operations & Sales Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Fleet Operations & Sales Executive who can seamlessly bridge client-facing sales with ground fleet execution. In this dual-function role, you will handle inbound booking inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and oversee end-to-end fleet operations, including driver coordination, GPS tracking, vehicle upkeep, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales, Lead Conversion & Client Handling
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads for vehicle rentals.
- Understand client trip requirements (local, outstation, corporate, or events) and provide accurate price quotes and custom packages.
- Negotiate rates, highlight vehicle features/amenities, and close bookings to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents to generate repeat business.
- Collect client feedback post-trip and resolve any service-related queries or complaints professionally.
2. Daily Fleet Dispatch & Operations
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily vehicle dispatches and trip executions based on confirmed bookings.
- Track live GPS monitoring systems to ensure route adherence, driver safety, and on-time pickups.
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients and drivers during active trips to address any real-time adjustments.
3. Vehicle Upkeep & Maintenance
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee cleanliness, interior hygiene, and full operational readiness.
- Schedule periodic servicing, oil changes, and minor repairs with authorized workshops to ensure zero downtime.
4. Driver Management & Expense Settlement
- Assign daily duties, manage driver rosters, and issue clear trip instructions and client expectations to drivers.
- Disburse trip advances, driver allowances (Batta), and audit fuel, toll, and parking receipts post-trip.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Manage FASTag balances, fuel cards, and online inter-state tourist tax permits before outstation departures.
- Maintain updated digital records of vehicle documentation (RC, Tourist Permits, Insurance, Fitness, and PUC).
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in transport/fleet management with direct exposure to client handling or sales conversion (e.g., travel agency, cab aggregator, or car rental service).
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, pricing negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with WhatsApp Business, GPS tracking portals, FASTag management, and basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and working professional English (for client messaging and proposal drafting).
- Attributes: High energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking under peak operational hours.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
