Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and packing activities on the shop floor.
- Handle and manage labour workforce efficiently.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor packing quality and maintain company standards.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the work area.
- Check product quality before dispatch and packing completion.
- Maintain daily production and packing reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with management when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or packing supervision within the furniture industry.
- ITI background preferred.
- Strong understanding of furniture production, finishing, and packing processes.
- Ability to manage manpower and shop floor operations effectively.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
