Candidates who can
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor departmental academic activities.
- Supervise and support faculty members in teaching and professional development.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and effective curriculum delivery.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and academic progress.
- Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and departmental events.
- Oversee examinations, assessments, and result analysis.
- Maintain departmental records and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.
- Promote research, innovation, and industry-academia collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D in Microbiology (M.Com);NET/SET preferred.
- Relevant teaching and academic administration experience.
