About Us
We are a rapidly growing MEP contracting company specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Utility projects for automobile manufacturers, industrial plants, warehouses, commercial buildings, and other industrial facilities across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for MEP projects from automobile manufacturers, industrial clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and corporate customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Plant Heads, Project Heads, Maintenance Heads, Purchase Teams, Consultants, and Decision Makers.
- Identify upcoming projects through market intelligence, networking, consultants, and existing contacts.
- Arrange client meetings, prepare presentations, and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after order finalization.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Utilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate business independently.
- Strong network within the automobile and industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Good understanding of tendering, commercial negotiations, and project execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Experience
Candidates currently working or previously employed with companies such as Voltas, Blue Star, Johnson Controls, Sterling & Wilson, L&T, Honeywell, Carrier, Daikin, ETA Engineering, Shapoorji Pallonji, Kirloskar Chillers, or other reputed MEP contracting companies will be given preference.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred.
- Diploma holders with relevant business development experience may also apply.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements
