Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-orientated social media specialist who can ideate and execute high-engagement, conversion-driven content concepts for both organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative content concepts for social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
- Align content strategies with business goals such as engagement, lead generation, and conversions
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and design teams to execute campaigns
- Plan and implement content strategies across multiple industries and global clients
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives for better results
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (social media/content-focused role)
- Hands-on experience managing 10–15+ projects in previous organizations
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology, sales funnels, and audience behavior
- Proven track record of delivering results through paid creatives and campaigns
- Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset
