Job Position: QA Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Based on interview performance and skill set
Location: Kadi,Gujarat Experience: 2-5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect and ensure quality of injection moulded plastic parts.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Handle measurement instruments like Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, etc.
Monitor product dimensions, appearance, fitment, and functionality.
Identify quality defects such as shrinkage, flow marks, flash, sink marks, warpage, and color variation.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with production and tool room teams for quality improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints and support in quality audits.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
Knowledge of basic quality tools like 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, and 5 Why analysis. Required
Skills:
Good knowledge of injection moulding parts and processes.
Understanding of drawings and GD&T.
Experience in plastic component inspection.
Basic knowledge of ISO quality standards.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or relevant field.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
