- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Coordinating and managing the hotel’s departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
- Conducting regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and financial plans, and controlling expenditure
- Handling customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff members to ensure the hotel’s high standards are met
- Regularly reporting to the hotel owner or senior management on business performance
- Implementing strategies to increase hotel’s visibility and competitiveness in the market

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
