Job Location: Pacific Business Center, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal
Responsibilities :
- Should perform online & offline demo with clients for software’s
- Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through incoming & outgoing calls.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurately and timely reports.
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Requirements
- Should have knowledge in the software industry & online Client support.
- High customer and service orientation
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer.
- At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
