About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate will assist Senior Architects in preparing architectural designs, construction drawings, client presentations, and coordinating with project execution teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on premium residential and commercial construction projects while gaining hands-on experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
- Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with Senior Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP consultants, and Site Engineers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Prepare architectural documentation, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and company quality standards.
- Support design revisions based on client and management feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and preparing submission drawings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–3 years of experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Basic understanding of building bye-laws and construction practices.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential villa or apartment projects.
- Knowledge of BIM and rendering software.
- Understanding of sustainable and modern architectural practices.
