Job Title: Export Documentation Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and coordinate shipments across international markets. The ideal candidate is sharp, proactive, and comfortable working with banks, freight forwarders, CHAs, and overseas buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify complete export documentation: Proforma & Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary/Fumigation certificates, and Insurance documents
Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, ensure strict compliance with LC terms, and coordinate document negotiation with banks
File Shipping Bills and manage compliance on ICEGATE, DGFT, and eBRC portals
Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking, container stuffing, and timely dispatch
Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment formalities, including EPCG/Advance Authorisation and RoDTEP/Duty Drawback claims
Track shipments, resolve documentation discrepancies, and maintain accurate records and MIS reports
Communicate with overseas clients on order status, documentation requirements, and payment terms
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation and international trade operations
Sound knowledge of Incoterms, LC/DA/DP payment terms, customs procedures, and FEMA/DGFT regulations
Strong MS Excel skills and excellent written English for client correspondence
Graduate in Commerce/International Business; certification in EXIM/Foreign Trade is an added advantage
High accuracy, ownership mindset, and ability to meet tight shipment deadlines
