Job Summary
Sainmarks Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Flexo Machine Operators to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating flexographic printing machines, ensuring high-quality label printing, maintaining production efficiency, and minimizing wastage. Freshers with a passion for manufacturing and experienced operators are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Flexo Printing Machines for label production.
- Set up printing jobs as per production schedules and customer specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, printing pressure, ink flow, and registration for optimal print quality.
- Inspect printed labels for color accuracy, print quality, alignment, and defects.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree / Printing Technology qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply and will be provided training.
- Experience in Flexographic Printing, Label Printing, or Printing Industry is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of printing processes, inks, and machine operations.
