Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Monitor employee attendance and workplace discipline.
- Supervise team performance and daily operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR records.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
