Manpower Vendor Required – Delivery Riders (Bulk Supply), Bengaluru
We are looking to onboard a manpower/staffing vendor to supply delivery riders (2-wheeler) on a bulk, ongoing basis for our hub operations in Bengaluru.
What we're looking for:
The ideal vendor has an existing database of delivery/gig riders and experience supplying manpower to delivery, logistics, or mobility companies (e.g., quick commerce, food delivery). Vendors should be able to source, screen, and onboard riders at scale and support ongoing replacement/backfill as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered manpower/staffing agency or labor contractor with proven experience in bulk rider/delivery workforce supply
- Ability to supply riders with valid driving license, own 2-wheeler, and smartphone
- Experience working with gig economy, delivery, or last-mile logistics companies preferred
- Capability to handle screening, documentation, and basic verification of riders before deployment
- Local presence or operating network in Bengaluru, particularly areas around Bellandur, Bilekahalli, JP Nagar, and Bommanahalli
Scope of engagement:
Vendors will be expected to supply riders on a recurring basis, respond to demand fluctuations across hubs, and coordinate with our operations team for onboarding and hub allocation.
