Beyond Years is looking for compassionate and experienced Staff Nurses (Male/Female) to join our premium wellness center. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to support medical and wellness procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessment and monitor vital signs.
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures.
- Administer IV therapy, injections, and prescribed medications as per protocol.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
- Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment before procedures.
- Educate patients regarding treatments and post-procedure care.
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
