About the role: The Technical Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growthand expanding the company's market presence. This position involves identifying newbusiness opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, anddeveloping strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in B2B product sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate inquiries and build a healthy salefunnel

- Send proposals to customers and actively track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Continuously strive to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Handle negotiation and ensure successful order conversion.
- Explore new business opportunities in the market, including customers, projects,and emerging sectors.
- Identify new ideas and opportunities to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage B2B sales operations and work effectively in a dynamic product and departmental environment.
Skills & Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in tools or equipment sales
. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel to project sites.
Basic knowledge of documentation and MS Office. Must have own 2 Wheeler
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
