Required
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
Minimum 4 years in facilities engineering for oil gas
Experience with compression and separation system analysis
Proficiency with process simulation ProMax HYSYS or equivalent
Ability to perform equipment sizing and evaluation calculations
Understanding of pipeline hydraulics
Fluent English CEFR B2
Reliable internet connection
Analysis Capabilities proficiency expected
Compressor performance mapping
Separator and treater capacity analysis
Pipeline hydraulics and pressure drop
Vibration analysis interpretation
Facility debottlenecking methodology
Control valve sizing and selection
Upstream process design
Documentation Reporting
Prepare facility performance reports and recommendations
Maintain facility capacity databases and models
Document engineering analyses with clear assumptions
Support capital planning with equipment condition assessments
Contribute to lessonslearned documentation
Design Support
Support minor facility modifications through engineering calculations
Size equipment for replacement or upgrade scenarios
Evaluate vendor proposals and equipment specifications
Prepare engineering deliverables for Change Management platform packages
Review and validate engineering work from others
System Analysis Optimization
Production systems surveillance assessing for anomalies and then assisting in building automatic detection capability
Evaluate compression and separation systems performance efficiency capacity utilization
Analyze separation and treating facility performance
Identify capacity constraints limiting production throughput
Recommend operational adjustments and equipment modifications
Assess individual components valves PSVs instrumentation for performance design selection etc
Perform RCFA to recommend design or operating improvements
Develop facility capacity models
