Job Summary
Financio is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects through effective telephonic conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
