The Marketing Administrator - OTT will administer the deployment, ongoing stability, and reporting of Shop LC related marketing and live streams on a variety of OTT-platforms. This position will require cross-functional coordination between various teams internally and externally, example- technical, marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks related to marketing activations, content planning, ads campaign set-up, and analytics.
- Explore new ideas and introduce ways to promote Shop LC on various OTT platforms.
- Collaborate with Graphic Design and Copywriting to create all marketing assets.
- Partner with the Digital team to ensure traffic and related sales data associated with the live streams are correctly captured and reported.
- Partner with marketing & the social team to utilize appropriate creative related to the Shop LC brand and support. marketing of Shop LC with the distribution partners including on their sites, apps, and social media posts.
- Being accountable for reporting and analysis of traffic on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is required with an always-on effort to increase viewership and sales.
- Keep a track of engagement and acquisition trends, analyze content performance, and understand viewership patterns.
- Work to constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of the live stream process and content.
- Partnering with the content team to make sure the live stream is populated with the most up-to-date programming information, images, and related metadata.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in the area of Marketing, IT, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience with video, media, and technology in relevant industries would be preferred.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of media / social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Experience of successfully working in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
- Experience working with both internal and external clients.
- Strong communications skills, including reading and writing in English.
- Strong people & project management skills – in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with technical systems – an innovative and logical thinker.
- Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to apply data in providing solutions and driving to business goals.
