MASH Project Foundation (MASH) is looking for a highly motivated Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships to join our team and help drive our mission forward. The role involves overseeing day-to-day fundraising operations, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

We work with nonprofits, philanthropies, and companies to scale impact through strategic media communications and community-building initiatives, strengthening the social impact ecosystem across all Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Role: Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships
Experience: 4–8years
Location: Delhi NCR/ Mumbai/Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual financial targets and support organisational goals
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, corporates, foundations, and ecosystem partners
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives
- Manage donor databases and ensure records are accurate and compliant
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create fundraising materials, newsletters, and social media campaigns
- Track and analyse fundraising performance and prepare reports and recommendations
- Manage and mentor fundraising staff and volunteers
- Lead fundraising projects from planning to execution while ensuring timely delivery
- Develop innovative fundraising campaigns with strong storytelling and creative execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 4–8 years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and donor engagement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with donor management software and CRM platforms
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience in event planning and campaign management
- Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development preferred
- Creativity in developing fundraising campaigns, including photo/video editing skills
- Passion for social impact and nonprofit work
