About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Data Analytics Technical Trainer who can train and mentor students/professionals in Data Analytics concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Data Analytics and related technologies.
- Develop and update training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions and real-world case studies.
- Train learners on data analysis, visualization, and reporting techniques.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams to improve training effectiveness.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Python for Data Analytics (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Data Cleaning and Data Visualization
- Statistics and Business Analytics
- Dashboard Development and Reporting
- Data Interpretation and Storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or Data Science will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or corporate learning programs is preferred.
