Job Summary:
Flammer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, statutory documentation, attendance, recruitment support, and administrative activities at our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and verify attendance/leave data before payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and company procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Recruitment & Manpower
- Coordinate recruitment activities for shop-floor and office positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Complete joining formalities and induction for new employees.
- Maintain manpower requirements and recruitment status.
Statutory Compliance
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with consultants/agencies for statutory compliance and returns.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, notices, and records as applicable to the manufacturing unit.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and labour compliance.
Factory Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, uniforms, PPE, and other employee facilities.
- Monitor office/factory consumables and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance of common facilities and workplace infrastructure.
- Maintain records of company assets, electric assests, insurance & puc data, uniforms, and other employee-related items.
- Manage the exhibitions, book flight/train tickets, expo stuffs, material preparation & maintain the records.
Training & Employee Development
- Maintain the skill matrix, plan the training calendar, select the training topics & give the training to the employees.
- Coordinate employee induction and awareness/training programmes.
- Maintain training records and attendance.
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 documentation and audits.
- Coordinate safety, quality, environmental, and HR-related training activities.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Promote discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Issue and maintain records of HR notices, warnings, memos, and disciplinary actions as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Required Skills:
- Graduate in HR/Commerce/Business Administration; MBA/PGDM preferred or related field.
- 2–5 years’ HR & Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll support, labour compliance & employee records.
- Good communication, MS Excel and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
