Job Title: Program ManagerJob Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee cross-functional operations, drive organizational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of key business initiatives. The Program Manager will act as the primary point of coordination between the Managing Director (MD) and various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely execution of priorities, and effective communication across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and all functional departments.
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence.
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives, projects, and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of deliverables and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for the MD.
- Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, review meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business functions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices.
- Assist the MD in strategic planning, decision-making, and business reviews.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage special projects assigned by the MD and ensure successful execution within deadlines.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Management is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, operations management, project management, business management, or a similar leadership role.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP is an advantage.
