Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage front office operations while providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate meetings by arranging venues, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the General Manager
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with a high level of discretion
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Act as a communication link between management, staff.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as required
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points to support management decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in administration, reception, or executive secretarial roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
