Required Exp : 12-15 Years Key Skills Required .Technical skills: Net MVC, C#, WEBAPI, AngularJS, SQL SERVER Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Technical understanding of software development and infrastructure Risk and stakeholder management Budget and resource planning Communication and leadership Vendor management Tools such as SVN, TFS, GITHUB, and Microsoft Project. Scope of Work for the Manager Project Planning and Initiation Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Gather and document business and technical requirements. Create project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Develop risk management and communication plans. Estimate effort and timelines. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business teams, clients, and technical teams. Conduct project kickoff meetings and status reviews. Manage stakeholder expectations and obtain approvals. Provide regular progress reports and executive updates. Technical Coordination Work closely with software developers, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and product owners. Translate business requirements into technical tasks. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making. Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architecture standards. Project Execution and Delivery Monitor project progress against plans and schedules. Track deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths. Manage change requests and scope adjustments.
