Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Depend on experience)

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Pan-Asian, Chinese or Wok-based culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wok Operations: Execute day-to-day wok tossing, stir-frying and portioning of noodles, rice, and main courses according to established recipes.
- Mise en Place: Handle daily food prep (cutting vegetables, marinating meats, preparing sauces/gravies) to keep the wok station ready for service.
- Station Management: Maintain clean, organized and sanitary conditions at the wok station at all times.
- Quality Control: Ensure food portions, taste, presentation and temperature meet restaurant standards before serving.
- Inventory & Safety: Assist in checking stock levels, minimizing food wastage, and storing ingredients safely according to food safety guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Skill: Proven experience with wok handling, flame control, and basic knife skills.
- Speed & Stamina: Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak rush hours while standing for long periods.
- Hygiene Standard: Deep understanding of kitchen safety, personal grooming, and sanitation rules.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude with a willingness to learn from Senior Commi and CDP (Chef de Partie) teammates.
