Daily Sales Operations
- Monitor and check official emails regularly and respond or escalate as required.
- Verify the previous day's Evening Report and the current day's Morning Report submitted by the sales team. Follow up with team members through calls or messages if reports are pending.
- Review leave reports and coordinate for necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate sales data entries including TC, PC, and marketing activities.
- Monitor daily attendance of the sales team through the Sales Application.
- Add and update sales routes in the Sales Application.
- Track attendance, route changes, profile/display images, and contact employees whenever discrepancies are observed.
Sales Team Monitoring
- Monitor salesmen's daily movement through route tracking.
- Verify market visits, visit timings, shop photographs, and field activities.
- Analyze daily working reports and communicate with sales staff regarding performance and compliance.
- Handle sales team queries related to CRM/Application usage and provide timely support.
- Provide training to newly joined Sales Executives on the CRM/Sales Application.
- Create Sales Application IDs for newly joined sales staff.
Marketing & Reporting
- Verify marketing activity photographs and maintain proper records.
- Maintain records of marketing activities received through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with Sales Officers (SO) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) regarding their team's daily performance.
- Collect Daily and Weekly reports from SOs and ASMs and follow up in case of delays.
- Participate in regular review meetings and discuss operational updates with management.
- Organize and coordinate Sales Team meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation points, and question papers for review meetings.
Distributor Coordination
- Collect, verify, and maintain distributor documents.
- Verify distributor sales reports and stock reports on a regular basis.
- Review 15-day distributor stock reports for accuracy.
- Collect Out-of-Gujarat distributor bills and maintain proper documentation.
System & Application Management
- Add, remove, and update products in the Sales Application.
- Update product prices and other application-related changes whenever required.
- Monitor the Fast comet Server and report any issues immediately.
- Ensure all CRM and Sales Application data remains accurate and updated.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
