- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on data-related initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
